The place is really nice, clean and staff are nice, but the lady who did my wax wasn't very good. She constantly pressend on my skin with her knuckles instead of pulling the skin to ease the wax, which resulted in bruises and burned skin from pulling the hair. I had a holywood wax which is in a very sensitive area and ended up with pussy bruises in my groin area.

I loved the facial and it was excellent value for money - I personally don't really like being left with the face mask on, other facials I have had they give you a hand or foot massage - BUT having said that it was such a bargain I wouldn't complain at all! Staff very welcoming, professional but friendly and excellent facial, obviously very experienced.

Think the wax needs to be reviwed. My hair was quite overgrown so should have pulled off clean,and smooth,however,i can feel a very slight stubble .
But overall very quick
