My beautician was really sweet and polite. I have to say I was amazed at her technique, as she seemed to be able to get pretty much all the hair off with a few large bits of wax and didn't have to go over the same area multiple times, thus minimising the pain during the treatment.
The only downside was that her English was very limited. And while there isn't a huge amount to communicate during a wax, it did feel somewhat limiting.
Last but not least, the 'landing strip' left starts far too high for my liking and has been done at an angle (clearly not meant to be this way), which I'm not so happy with. Perhaps this was down to lack of communication so I'll make sure to mention this specifically next time.
But I'll definitely be back as it was a quick and pleasant overall experience.

Unfortunately the pedicure has been done sketchy - hard skin not removed accurately, staff had only cheap pumice.
