I had a very good experience, the staff made me feel very welcomed. They were all very polite and friendly. As I entered I was offered a cup of tea which was a pleasant surprise because I have never had this service in any other salon that I visited.
Eliene was very polite, friend and professional. She was very patient and took great care with my manicure. I am very happy with the outcome and I will definitely go back to this salon

Lovely staff from when I entered made me feel very welcome which is a problem I’ve found with a lot of other nail salons.
Nails were done quickly and with great care. I will definitely go back.
I would have given 5 stars but only the lack of shellac colours made my decision to give 4 stars.

Appalling. I was waiting for half an hour without anybody informing me of any delay. I saw the technician walking around and dealing with paperwork when she was supposedly 'delayed a bit'. Won't return.
