Been a regular customer for a while. Couldn’t rebook a treatment, so was charged £31 and didn’t get a treatment, no option of rebooking whatsoever, have to pay again. Probably won’t come back ever again.

If you need a pedicure then Eliene is the one person to go to. She is attentive, professional, thorough, welcoming, sweet and exceptionally good at what she does.
