Honestly the best, most thorough skin treatment I’ve ever received. I had the deep acne cleanse treatment and although it was painful, given my acne is internal so beneath the skins surface, I could feel Suellen covering every single pore - she was not moving on to another section of my face until everything was extracted. The treatment was not rushed at all and Suellen explained everything that she was doing in detail, whilst giving valuable advice based on my type of skin. So thankful!

I used to love going to this salon to get my manicure done, but the personnel and atmosphere changed. Communication has been a big problem as the manicurist does not speak any English, so simple things as choosing a nail polish colour became a hassle.
Also she has been quite harsh on my cuticles and I tried to say to be more gentle. She understood only once the cuticle started bleeding. Quite disappointing and not relaxing at all.
