The team were super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The salon was clean, the right temperature and quiet; which made the treatment even more relaxing (from experience this isn't the case at other salons/businesses).

Welcomed warmly by the receptionist, before heading into the treatment room. Service and treatment were good, and the therapist was great. However, I found the room incredibly hot and that made my experience slightly less positive. Overall, would definitely still go back as so friendly and helpful.
