Tonisha was amazing! I'd highly recommend you book this therapist. Waxing will always be painful but this was the most painless wax I've ever experienced. Tonisha has great conversation and makes you feel at ease. The room was clean and tidy and appeared hygenic.
One disappointment was that the salon did not offer hot wax, only strip wax. I found this very unusual for a specialist waxing salon in this day and age, however this was by no reflection on Toniesha and appeared to be more of a decision by the owner rather than her. I have given four stars only because it wasn't made clear during booking that there was no hot wax available.
The way Toniesha explained that they choose to use strip wax instead of both strip and hot wax was so polite, I decided not to cancel my treatment and still go ahead.
All in all, the service was fantastic and I'll be back to see Toniesha and give strip wax another go.
