Shabana was very professional and lovely. She was very understanding when it turned out that I booked the wrong kind of pedicure and she did her best to accommodate to my wishes. Would strongly recommend.

Toneshia is always great, friendly and calming. I'm still pretty new to waxing but she makes me feel at ease and chats throughout (which I like!) She's encouraged me to book appointments regularly and gives good advice on how to get the best out of my waxes. I wouldn't use anyone else. Toneshia, thank you! :) x
