Absolutely brilliant - the facial was so lovely and relaxing, the beautician was really friendly and asked me if I had any problem areas before starting the back massage and made sure to focus on them during. I had half expected the mani and pedi to be a bit rushed as I had booked the Divine Top to Toe package but it wasn't - the beautician (sorry I forgot her name, the lovely lady from Pretoria!) took her time with everything and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. Absolutely booking again soon, couldn't recommend it enough!
