Always a nice place to visit. Possibly a little bit cold in the massage, but I could have asked for the heating on retrospectively.

Staff are all really lovely and personable here. Always go the extra mile to accommodate where possible, which I’m über grateful for! Only gripe is attention to detail on leg wax could have been better as lots of missed patches of hair which I’ve had to shave off after which kinda defeats the object of having a wax...the shellac gel pedi felt rushed and finish not as great as I expected but perhaps due to therapist running bit behind schedule for her next app’t. Range of colours for shellac were limiting so not as pleased with end colour, but that’s a comment about shellac not the salon itself, but think it would be beneficial if they would consider offering OPI gel mani and pedis and I would come back. Shame the limiting colour options makes me want to go elsewhere for that service in particular.
