It's the second time I was there. The place was clean, the staff member was courteous and effective. The only thing that can be improved is perhaps there should be a doorbell. When I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, I couldn't open the door and enter. There was a notice on the door, saying the staff maybe treating customers so we should knock on the door. It was quite noisy outside and I knocked with my hand for a few minutes without anybody coming to open the door. So I gave up, and then knocked again with the handle of my umbrella - and eventually someone came. Imagine if it is raining hard, it would be quite uncomfortable for the customer to wait outside. The staff member explained to me that there is no receptionist at the premise - just her. Totally understandable. But it wouldn't be very good for the customer to wait outside. So a doorbell would be good, when the staff member can hear from the treatment room and open the door to let in the next customer.
