Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Toneshia made me feel relaxed as I was nervous about my first wax in ages! Leg wax was thorough and she kept going to get all the shortest hairs (after I’d accidentally shaved 2 weeks before my wax!) so I really appreciated that. I was really impressed with my eyebrow wax - the new shape is much tidier.

Eyebrows were terrible, very dark and very patchy. I went straight home and scrubbed it all off! Note; not my usual therapist,never had problems before
