Atmosphere wasn't great. Pedicure footwell was also broken, no bubbles and cold water. Tools were placed directly back into drawers. Didn't see any barbicide or cleaning of the tools. One brush for foot wax was already covered in wax from previous pedicure. Therapist was lovely the pedicure was ok.
