Staff were lovely and welcoming, the salon is clean and tidy.
Treatment was fast but felt rushed and rather painful. However, staff member who waxed my bikini line and legs wasn’t precise and accurate. When I got home I had to re-pluck my legs as large areas had been missed by the waxing. My legs therefore aren’t as smooth as I would have liked/ expected. My legs and bikini line were very irritated as moisturiser wasn’t applied after treatment.
The prices were very reasonable but I would have liked a better service/ outcome.

Appointment started 20 mins late, no apology/acknowledgement. Eyebrows are wonky, lots of hairs remaining, between the eyebrows untouched. Wasn’t able to pay by card, couldn’t give me change for a £10 note either so had to go to a local shop to buy something to get change. Tried to return the next day to get them fixed but nobody was there despite their door and treat well saying they would be open; nobody answered the phone either.
