shop wasn't busy but staff seemed distracted. My treatment was done by a lady i have never had before and although she was pleasant it was rather rushed and impersonal. The staff often speak in their own language to each other in front of customers which i feel is inappropriate.

Aalia was lovely and kind and as I felt comfortable I also proceeded with a bikini wax as she had time to add this service in with my leg wax. My legs are lovely and smooth and the hot wax meant the bikini wax was less uncomfortable. It is only 5 minutes walk from the hospital so really convenient for work

Okay, not brilliant shellac removal and reapplication. Not enough gel so you can see through one of the nails despite them being painted a dark red and slap dash with the removal tools so nicked my toe once.
