Popped in for an express gel manicure on my lunch break, satisfied with the service and friendly staff. Would definitely go back when I am in a hurry on my break! Nails look lovely.
I went to Diva to have my gel nails taken off and to have a classic manicure. I was greeted by my manicurist, who simply gestured to the seat for me to sit down. She proceeded to take my gel nails off (whilst twisting my fingers quite roughly), and didn't really say a word to me. She then proceeded to paint my nails, and whilst they were drying she went on her phone. Then, as she did each coat, she was looking at her phone and laughing at a text conversation she had going on, never really paying that much attention to me. When the nails needed to dry, she asked if I wanted a tea or coffee, to which I said "no thank you" and thought to myself, 'by the time you bring it to me and it's cool enough to drink, I'll be out the door. Why didn't you offer me one when I first came in?'. The manicure itself was quite good, and I'm happy with my nails, but I do think that particular manicurist needs to work on their customer service.
