Additional therapist on their phone (loud speaker) when they were not dealing with clients. Pedicure was very good, therapist was very good. When the same therapist came to do my manicure, she was either on her phone or left to start other treatments. My nails needed to be redone three times & in the end I gave up. My manicure finished 30mins early & it was evident in the finish. Disappointing end to a good start

I booked this package and asked for an add on. I wanted gel colour for my toes. I was charged more than what a normal gel colour add on was because I booked through treatwell. Seems like the owner tries to increase the price of the add on they can make up the difference they pay to Treatwell. It’s unlikely I will return.
