This was my third visit and it was incredibly disappointing. I was about 13 minutes late to my appointment but I called to say I was running a bit late and told it was fine. I was then made to wait for over 30 minutes. Then informed I wouldn’t have the treatment I booked as there wasn’t enough time. The basic pedicure was done but even that was so rushed, my nails weren’t filed properly (left very uneven), the varnish wasn’t applied evenly, dead skin wasn’t removed properly from the heel but cuts made on the top side of foot.
