I really like my nails. Unfortunately i didn’t catch the names but the lady who did my hands was very attentive and spoke with me however the lady who did my feet left me with multiple cuts around my toes and didn’t acknowledge it or apologise at all. I know these things happen but an acknowledgment of the fact I was bleeding would have gone a long way. I really like my nails on both just the injury let it down for me. Was supposed to be a relaxing day treating myself not a painful experience.

I had a classic pedicure with gel & manicure today with Laura, and I genuinely have never had a treatment with such care and time spent on my nails before in Maidstone. Laura is incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about what she does! Thank you for getting my nails looking perfect for my friends wedding ❤️
