Happy with nails and pleasant lady who did them but I had pre booked and prepaid and still had to wait at least 45 mins. Shame really so I won’t be back

All around amazing service from the store.lafy who waxes is so sweet and efficient, the other two ladies who do my nails are just as amazing and all around really accomodating.

I went in for a classic manicure and polish to Diva Designer Nails & Beauty. I also had nail polish removed from my toe nails. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. There is a huge selection of nail colours to choose from. My nails were shaped beautifully and a lovely colour applied. Each time I go I am not pushed to book again. Today I received a £5 voucher and hand cream for Christmas. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Will never go back. My usual place was closed but my nail snapped in half so needed something done ASAP. I made it clear my broken nail was very painful but this was completely ignored. She used the electric filer and cut my skin so much I now have cuts everywhere. Overall terrible experience.
