Pedicure was rushed (despite us having pre-booked), did not receive the same level of care as person before me. Felt hurried and an inconvenience. After manicure (which was ok) I was told they do not accept card payment - which was a lie, I had seen others paying by card. I was sent off to withdraw cash. I paid the full amount. Upon returning home, had a message saying I had not attended my appointment - which obviously I had just been to. Felt like there’s a scam going on. I will not return.
