Nails were done by the apprentice, who was lovely but I wasn’t told my appointment would be with the apprentice and I wasn’t still charged full price. No one checked her work. I arrived for my appointment 15mins early which I think irked the lady in charge. Also they don’t take card only cash, I had to leave my drivers licence whilst I walked to an atm. This was not mentioned when booking with treatwell.
