On arriving I asked if The varnish on the wall was shellac, the girl was very abrupt in telling me no and I would be given the colour guide. No welcome had been given only a eye roll

At no point did she ask if the colour was okay
When I went to pay you don’t even take cards ! Is this to avoid paying tax
