The treatments were OK except that on both my hands and feet she managed to draw blood with no apology as she was so rough. I told her my hands had osteoarthritis and that I had broken a toe but she seemed oblivious to my needs. She never spoke and made me feel like a nuisance. Nor did she even ask if I was happy with the treatment or anything. I consequently kept dealing with my phone as it was like have a robot dealing with me. Very disappointing experience and not at all relaxing.
