Olena was very thorough & I cannot complain about her. The issue is cleanliness of this salon. My manicurist never once cleaned her utensils before starting (they were dirty & not sterilised). During my pedicure, the lady prior to me was drying her feet & was given DISPOSABLE flipflops. When she was done, the pedicurist took the flipflops from previous client, & put in her drawer. When I was done, she wanted to reuse them on me. This is disgusting & the furthest from clean. Never coming back

Very pleased with the service received as always. Delighted that I gave been introduced to BiAB nails as my nails are naturally very weak so other treatments didn’t last very long.
