I decided to go from quite long hair to a short haircut. I was so happy with my experience. I’ve had so many lovely comments today on my new hairstyle, even having a patient where I work, today asking to take a photo and asking where I have my hair done. I will certainly be returning to Diva - thank you

Great experience; in the past I’ve been put off by the ‘traditional’ salon approach; difficulty booking, snobby hairdresser, hard sell on products and pressure to re-book immediately. At Diva today there was NONE of that! Easy to book with Treatwell, friendly, clean, fresh and laid back salon, and an approach of making sure the customer leaves happy. Rachael was as knowledgeable as she was talented and I’m very happy with my cut and blow dry as well as observing another customer leaving with exactly what she wanted which was great to see. I’m not great at re-booking, but when I do it will be to Diva! Thank you x
