Diana listened to me and took time to assess my hair before cutting. She was so lovely and discussed with suggestions what she could do before and during the cut. She really made me feel at ease, but as someone who does not relish getting my hair cut, she made the experience enjoyable and I was very happy with my cut and blow dry 😊.
