After not going to a salon for a haircut for a LONG time after leaving salons unhappy on countless occasions due to stylists not listening to me, Anna was heaven sent! She was attentive, helpful, professional and experienced. She talked me through every step and I love my cut - she was so reassuring and able to offer advice whenever I needed it.
