Just as good as last time very happy with the results painful but worth it extractions.

Staff was nice and smiling, I felt comfortable and they gave me a warm welcome. Venue wasn’t the best I’ve experienced, maybe the nails corner could have been more organised. The girl who did my nails was lovely but I noticed few imperfections during gel polish application. Not a bad experience but also not the best nails I had.

I booked this venue because it was close to home and very reasonsbly priced. The staff were very welcoming and polite (although often spoke to each other in a foreign language which felt a little uncomfortable). The decor of the place is a little messy and cheap, but that's not that important. The treatments were good for their value! Very efficient. Got a lovely hand massage after my manicure. It's not the neatest but it still looks nice. Eyelashes were clusters, not individuals, which wasn't outlined when I booked. I wanted individuals, clusters look more fake and don't last as long. But again, the lady was lovely and very quick, and they do look nice.
