I'm blonde and requested dark blonde/light brown tint - my eyebrows were dyed black and was an absolute shock. I wouldn't get them done here again. I got the express facial which was generally nice, good products and the beautician obviously knew what she was doing, and spent extra time on me as I haven't gone for a facial in years. Lovely woman, but did not do a good job on my eyebrows
