I told Zeyna how I wear and part my hair, and what I wanted. She asked if I wanted layers, which I assumed she meant in addition to everything I'd already asked for, I said yes a few, and the next thing I know she chops off about 5 inches of a massive chunk of my hair. She proceeds to cut it in a completely different style to what I asked for - parting, length and all. I was booked for 1 hour 15 mins, and she did everything in half an hour. It felt rushed and like she was doing it grudgingly.
