Small, no-frills salon and service. The wax was done in less than 30 minutes, and unfortunately the final result was not very precise... I couldn't ask the beautician to fix it because as soon as she'd done it she had already gone get another client at the reception, so I definitely felt the service was a bit too rushed. But it was quick, cheap and painless. I'll definitely give it another go as perhaps it just happened to be a bad day and not their standard level of service.

The staff are lovely and they made it easy for me to trust them, which I think is really important. They did a fantastic job and I'm really happy with the results. I will certainly be visiting them again soon!

Unfortunately I can't say I had a positive experience like the other reviewers. I went in for a Brazilian wax and first off the towel was absolutely dirty, it had clearly been used who knows how long. I sat down and immediately the phone started ringing, then the door buzzed. There was only one woman there, and she had to rush in between my waxing to open doors and greet other customers. When she actually was in the room with me doing my wax, the was out of breath and rushing through my wax. This is not her fault, but clearly she can't be taking care of everything. This affected result, because in fact my skin was absolutely on fire and bleeding. I do have pretty sensitive skin, but i've never actually gotten bruises and I've been waxing for 5+ years! The wax was boiling hot and she didn't do anything about it except blow on it for a second, which obviously didn't help. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, and now I'm left with bleeding and bruised skin. I guess that's why it was so cheap! :( worst wax i've ever had!

I had a full body massage which lasted an hour and was very relaxing and great value for money. The staff were also very lovely.

it was all good. Waxing is never a pleasant experience, but Diva Angels makes it relatively painless. Great team and super quick.
