The women who greeted me were very chatty and bubbly, it was a Friday evening so pretty empty all round, but good that I managed to book a slot (It's usually hard to). The facial lasted a bit more than half an hour, including all the times I was left on my own to let the steam machine work on my face. The quality of products they used seemed high, all US-made well known brands and I also got 2 samples and advice on what to do in the immediate 12 hrs after the facial (do not smoke, drink loads of water). The facial included several oils and gels, bit of shoulder and neck massage (great!), cleansing, and some blackhead extraction.

I go here every month now as I think it's good value for money with a deep cleanse. Skin has looked a lot better.

I loved this place - they were so warm and welcoming - a bit busier than I expected but they managed the crowd despite being small!
