Not impressed - a very rushed wax, loads of hairs still there. She didn't check my arms, she didn't cleanse my arms before waxing (which usually happens). Door left open during treatment and other staff member wondering in and chatting to each other, not very professional. Friendly enough but I would prefer a good job over a friendliness.
