Not a pleasant experience at all (as far as waxing goes...). Was made to lay down on dirty towels in a small, not very clean room.
While the lady was friendly she wasn't very attentive nor thorough, and the waxing itself was very painful (not my first waxing...) and even left me bleeding a bit on my back.
Would not recommend.
