This is not at all a luxury salon, as I was put in a corner underneath a staircase while the lady (owner) of the salon was taking multiple phone calls and even treating other clients (waxing) at the same time. Also, the materials she was using didn't match my standards that I am used to when I take a pedicure. Very old, tready towels, the kind of cream she was using for my feet (ordinary vasaline!) and the nail files were in a pretty bad state as well, could do with a replacement. I've had way better pedicures, also in London, for the same price, so I would not go back. Apart from that, the lady was very friendly, but friendliness alone is not enough.
