Booked the appointment last minute as I couldn’t make it to my usual place. The hand massage and actual shaping/filing was all fine. However, there was an exceedingly limited colour choice, the gels chipped on the day I had them done and while my manicure was being done the staff continually had conversations among themselves and other clients by shouting between the rooms and from different floors of the building. Ok if you want a quick and cheap-ish manicure but disappointed as I could have gotten far better results and more choice for the same amount of money elsewhere in London.
