I was left feeling unsure whether the salon was fully qualified. Nothing was ever fully explianed to me, my lash curl and tint burnt my eyes and the salon itself felt like someones back room. I didnt feel safe in there hands. The staff were very friendly though, but i wouldn't of liked them to explain what they were doing and not talk to each other in another language in front of me.

I had acne facial and it was okay. Firstly they changed my appointment time. On the day they swapped my beauty therapist half way, said they were busy. The room wasn't very quiet, I could hear talking at reception. When I gave honest feedback after treatment, the ladies didn't take it well... Won't recommend.
