first visit to this salon and the therapist did an ok job completing both treatments within 45 minutes. the LVL lash treatment was quite painful due to the chemicals used but having had this treatment done elsewhere i was prepared for this. therapist did check on me a couple of times whilst my eyes were burning and the sensation passed after an hour. pleased with the lash lift as I have very straight lashes but cannot see any effect from the tint. lashes look very natural.
Hollywood wax was done very fast which is positive I suppose - all off using only 6-7 strips (ouch). be warned the treatment rooms are basic and wax was done on a towel which did not look clean - no paper towel cover provided. they use strip wax which on this occasion was not quite hot enough so the wax was pretty painful. I've never had a wax this bad before, still painful the next day with some bruising, but at least it was fast and she did a thorough job. Think I will stick to my usual place and pay slightly more for hot wax.
on the whole - friendly, good value place offering a wide range of treatments in basic treatment rooms.

Lovely, lovely staff but a bit rushed and never a great job. Good if you want cheap and cheerful it expect a few mistakes and not a thorough job.
