The beautician that did my pedicure was really lovely an friendly and clearly put care into her work and her customers.
However, the image on the site is not of the salon, maybe it once was but it looks nothing like that now. I booked in for a pedicure and i was just sat on a chair in the hall way, not even a proper pedicure spa style chair.
I have a feeling she over booked as i had to wait around as she saw 3 women for another treatment while i waited which wasnt ideal.
I wasnt to sure about the equipment used as i feel like my feet werent scrubbed and no top coat was used on my nails. If im being honesty it felt a bit rushed.
She was however very friendly and made an effort to make conversation that often is lost in other salons. However the delay and the quality if service overshadowed this,
I paid £25 for the pedicure and i dont think it was worth it.
This is my 3rd time when treatwell hasn't checked the standards of the salons they are advertising and i defiantly would not refer treatwell to a friend or anyone as the quality checks obviously never happen.
Another let down, i would prefer some kind of compensation for this.
