Efficient service but poor communication.. there was no time for a consolation about my scalp health or explanation of what products were being used to wash and condition my hair. I asked for my hair to be blow-dried wavy but instead it was blow dried straight with waves put in with straighteners, despite letting the stylist know that from my experience the waves would drop out immediately - which they did. There was a lady in the chair next to me who received a wavy blow dry which - in my experience - takes a little more care and time but is certainly possible. Having waves put in with straighteners is sloppy to me and something which puts me off returning. Really good in terms of being available last minute and certainly affordable. While I appreciate staff were polite, warm and apologetic about it being booked back to back, I'm not sure if I'd return to this salon unless I felt that it would be a more luxurious experience.
