would not visit again. Service disappointing. Premises & equipment grubby. My hands were not sanitised or cleaned first. Just smothered in Vaseline then warm wax painted on with brush covered in hair. Hands never dipped in wax at all.

The staff just chatted amongst themselves and ignored me which was a bit sad! Also they do your nails in poor lighting, which meant I left to see that some dirt was set into the gel and the gel paint was set on my skin too.

It felt like the treatment was rushed and a bit sloppy. However, when I pointed it out to the lady doing my treatment she corrected the bits that she missed. The towel I sat on didn’t look fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if they decluttered the treatment room and had a clean towel for me.
