Worst lash lift I have ever received. Firstly no guard was used for my bottom lashes for the perm, secondly she wrapped my lashes around the shield to curl them with her finger in about 5 seconds and took NO TIME whatsoever to check them, space them correctly or ensure they would be even which my usual beautitian takes a lot of time and care over. She was quite rough with the serums and my eyes were stinging throughout.
When they did the tint they used the masking tape stuff on my eyes instead of the gel guards, I know this is not unheard of but I mark a good salon by investing in products that make your customers comfortable.
The salon is very noisy, people shouting, washing machines going off, generally very hectic. When the treatment was over my lashes were completely uneven (one side was uncurled in the inner centre of my eye) so I asked them to redo it which they did.
When that was complete my lashes were still wet, so apart from the fact she had missed some lashes on the outer corner of one of my eyes, I was prepared to leave it as was. However when the lashes dried after I had left the salon they curled up more, I'm left with eyelashes that curl right round and touch my eye which is not only incredibly irritating to my eye but also looks redicilous.
It is not lengthaning at all as they are curled right round into a C shape.
ADDITIONALLY my eyes were very sore and swollen, my right eye where she had done the treatment twice had swollen up and turned red. I have had LVL done about a dozen times before and never had any of these problems. I would not feel safe to go here again due to the way they handled the chemicals regardless of the terrible outcome.
To top it off I work as a model and have a shoot in Prague tomorrow. God knows what they are going to do or think of my eyelashes which is incredibly embarrassing professionally. This was not a cheap lash lift, its about standard to get a good job at £45, which is a significant fee. I have had ones done for £30 which were much better, if I had paid a cheaper price I would expect to take the risk and get a bad result but I didn't. Unbelievably unhappy.

Really happy with my experience, Angel identified my pain areas and put a lot of effort into easing them in a way that I could handle. I’d definitely go back for the same treatment. The music and lighting in the room was relaxing. And there were hot towels placed on my muscles at the end of the treatment.
