i won't be returning. It was a very small box room, no music and nothing to help ease me my nerves. she seem to be in a hurry and rushed right through it. She didn't get all the hair in my vaginal area but she managed to rip my skin open, then blamed me and said i held it too tight. It was my first time and if i was holding it too tight she should have seen that and told me to loosen my hands. Now im bleeding with patches of hair on my 'lips'. Choose somewhere else, not worth the money. If you google Hollywood waxing it includes your ass crack.... nope didn't get that neither. Legs and armpits were the only good thing.
