After months of seeing a physio, chiropractor, orthopaedic surgeon and a medical masseuse, my sciatica was still worsening. I finally found Lily at Direct D-Stress and after four consecutive sessions of manual therapy finally my pain has subsided. I am so grateful and cannot recommend her enough.

Seems as though lily has got my leg better after I damaged many different muscles all at the same time.
