My blow dry doesn’t look like it’s been done professionally. It’s frizzy and the curls are random - such a shame as it’s for my birthday dinner and I was looking forward to looking nice. The hairbrushes and hair dryer kept burning my head and ears too.

Wasn’t happy with the overall cut. It was really uneven and I’ve rebooked an appointment at another salon. I also feel more was cut off than I had asked for. Friendly hair salon but perhaps she was having an off day as have been before to the salon and had a good experience.
