Alexandra has been professional and friendly and very polite. I had the Hollywood hot wax and it wasn’t too painful. Alexandra made sure I got all the hair removed. I was offered baby wipes before my treatment, which I appreciated (not everywhere you’re offered them). The place looks new and very clean. They also have very good products. The salon is conveniently located next to Upper Holloway overground station. I’ll definitely book again. Thanks Alexandra!
