I’ve been here a couple of times previously but I had a young girl this time who was lovely but unfortunately seemed very inexperienced. My brows are uneven, very thick and the tint is visibly the wrong colour (all of which I pointed out while I was there). I think the young staff could benefit from more extensive training and direction.

The final look is uneven and I still have wax and hairs remaining, which I then needed to remove myself. Though painful, it was very quick. The staff weren’t wearing masks. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

The room for facial treatments is very very basic and quite dirty and sadly the treatment was basic too. The experience felt very amateur and you just lie on the bed in a cold room and not covered with a towel. Lots of errors in the facial, not covering the eyes quick enough when the steam comes on, steamer only steaming one side of the face.
