Booked spontaneously. Upon arrival, I was told, because I booked not too long ago, my therapist wasn't free. Was made to come back an hour later. Still waited 15 more minutes. I then was taken to a very small dodgy room at the end of the property. Minni was rough. Didn't ask how much pressure I could take. I was covered in oil and what was supposed tobe relaxing was a waste of money and time and very painful to be honest. Never again! If you want a massage, please go anywhere else!

I was visiting London (from Harrogate) for the weekend and thought I’d treat myself to a massage after all the rushing around. I made a 10am appt on Sunday and checked out of my hotel early to get there (suitcase in tow!). Got to the salon and wait 20 minutes only to be told that the therapist wasn’t there and was coming from Southall. Would have been nice to be told and not left waiting. Was offered a coffee but I had a car picking my up at 11am (factoring in the 45 minute massage time).
