Told that the Restyle service I booked didn't include wash or blowdry, contrary to the description in the Services list. Settled for a wash cut & blowdry (med length) then charged £50 for it instead of the £35 in the Services list. The cut was cursory at best, a half inch trim plus a bit more at the back but my hair looks no better than it did before. Won't be back.
